Are you looking to live in a comfortable home, quiet yet simple, with a kitchen that offers views of the city, Sky Tower, and the bridge?

Yeah, minutes' walk to AUT Akoranga, minutes' walk to the Northcote bus stop with connections to all main stations in Auckland, an elevated Flat with two levels. Only 10 minutes bus drive to Auckland CDB.

I am your host. I am easy-going, like my silence as well as interacting with people. I like to get to know about other cultures; that's why I like to host. I like to live consciously, close to nature and with a positive mindset. I also have my yoga studio on the ground floor, with an independent entrance and a toilet. We have two cats, Sobie and Toto. Sofia, my daughter, comes to visit regularly.

I called the room the Cocoon Room. It used to be my own room when my daughter was at home. It's small and cozy. The toilet is just next door, as is the Bathroom. The house also has a toilet downstairs that is mostly the Yoga Studio toilet.
