Our beautiful large villa is located in Eden Terrace/Kingsland and is within walking distance to Auckland CBD, in fact there is a walking/cycling path into the city at the end of our cul-de-sac.
The flat is well appointed and is suitable for two students to have their own rooms, with double beds and desks in each room. The flat has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. There is also a lovely outdoor courtyard and garden.
