We are a family of 4 Our home has 2 levels at Millwater, Silverdale.
We have 2 spacious rooms downstairs available for rent and a shared bathroom.
The size of the rooms are (approximate):

Both rooms have a built-in wardrobe, bed, study desk and chair.
Millwater is a very quiet area suitable for students who need to concentrate on their study. Students are welcome to use the kitchen if they wish to cook.
Rent: $300/week inclusive of free WiFi, electricity, gas and water.
Bonds: $600 (2 weeks rent)
