Homestay in Beach Haven

Hello, I'm Kerry. Single British female (35 yrs) living in a 2 bed house in Beach Haven, North Shore. I'm a very quiet/tidy person and like fishing, gardening and shopping - of course :) I'm looking for short term stays. Your double bedroom has sea views and is a 30 second walk to the beach. Rent includes unlimited WIFI, water, electricity and breakfast. The house has a heat pump/AC, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, deck, small garden, TV with Netflix and YouTube, keypad entry system and a desk/study room. Auckland City is a 30min bus or 20min taxi ride. It is a good 15min walk to the nearest bus stop but I'm happy to drop you/pick you up (within reason) if it's outside my working hours (8am-4pm Monday to Friday). Takapuna, Albany and Glenfield are not far away. Glenfield has a shopping centre with most things you need. I'm happy to show you around ie: bus stops, local shops, Glenfield if you are new to New Zealand. If you are interested please let me know and bring your swimming costume for this hot Summer we're having :)
