Homestay in Henderson

We are a friendly and respectful couple living in a quiet townhouse in a very convenient location. I work in healthcare and my partner works in marketing and sales for a car company. We are both working professionals who value a clean, peaceful home but are also happy to chat and help if needed, while still respecting your privacy.
The room is bright and comfortable with a nice big window and a built-in wardrobe for storage. There is currently a computer in the room that you are welcome to use for study or work, but we can also remove it if you prefer more space for your own setup. The room is located upstairs next to the shared bathroom.
The room can be set up for one person or more than one person if you prefer (for example friends, siblings, or a couple), as the beds can be arranged accordingly.
Our home is only a 3-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, making it very easy to travel around Auckland. We also have parking available if needed. The kitchen and shared lounge are downstairs and available for guests to use. We keep the house clean, quiet, and comfortable for everyone living here.
We also have indoor cats who are very friendly but usually stay in our room most of the time.
