Homestay in Hobsonville

​We are a welcoming family of four living in the heart of Hobsonville. I’m Sarah, a university lecturer transitioning into a new role in ultrasound at a local hospital, and my husband, Jarrod, also works full-time in air conditioning. We have two vibrant young daughters aged 3 years and 6 months. Our home is ideally situated in a central, highly accessible location—just a short walk from a bus stop, local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The rent includes meals, access to unlimited wifi, use of linen (bed sheets, towels), power and water. Heating in the room for the winter months and a fan for the summer months.

Buses into Auckland central take just under an hour, and 30 minutes to Unitec (Henderson).

Having both immigrated to New Zealand from England and South Africa, we know how important it is, to have a welcoming environment in a new country. We aim to provide a home away from home, and
can teach you on how to adjust to life here (phone sims, using public transport, grocery shopping etc).

We are looking for guests that are quiet and respectful/someone who can live in a house with two young children.

Rent:
$350 per week for a single person. Meals included.
$550 per week for a couple, meals included.

$270 per week for a single person. No meals included.
$400 per week for a couple, no meals included.
