Homestay in Avondale

I am a 40 year old female who works as a veterinary nurse. I have two shy cats and their happiness and safety is very important to me. My house is a place of calm and peace. Looking for a clean and tidy person (ideally female) who has lived with cats before, seeking a sunny and chill stay.
We live on a quiet one way street (opposite a train station, but don't worry the trains are electric and make little noise plus the house is far enough back from the road which eliminates noise also) in Avondale. With the train station on your doorstep (literally) you will have access to the latest train routes across Auckland.
The house is a tidy, 2 bedroom house with wooden floors, one shared bathroom and spacious living rooms and front yard. Complete with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
