We currently have a lovely room available in our Beautiful home in Mt Wellington in the new Richmond Complex. This is a three level home with the available bedroom on the bottom floor with own bathroom. On the bus route and close to Sylvia Park and the motorway and also includes a car park. Owner travels away for work periodically and house is monitored/checked regularly.
