We currently have a lovely room available in our Beautiful home in Mt Wellington in the new Richmond Complex. This is a three level home with the available bedroom on the bottom floor with own bathroom. There is also a bedroom on the top level with its own bathroom. On the bus route and close to Sylvia Park and the motorway and also includes a car park and an onsite gym.
