About this homestay

This is a sunny, spacious, new build 5-bedroom house with 3 bathrooms located Hayward road, This is a family house with 4 working professionals. 800-meter walk to Puhinui train station. Suitable for working at Airport, Manukau, South Auckland or AUT south campus, and MIT. You will have one bedroom for yourself. You will be sharing bathroom with only one person. The room is furnished with a new double nz made bed and inbuilt wardrobe. Room is sunny, warm and spacious. $200 per week for one person for one room. This is home away from home. We are happy to make your breakfasr, lunch and dinner. Vegetarian food can be provided with additional cost. Two weeks bond plus one week rent to be paid in advance. Rent includes electricity, & hot water (within reasonable means), unlimited fiber broadband , blanket heater provided upon request.
The room would be available from 1st March 2020. The person should be full time working,or full time student, must be clean and tidy ,respects the smokers please. No drinking,cooking non-veg and party. No guest policy. Car parking off the street (it is no exit street).
