i have a large bedroom available with its own bathroom. Looking for someone quiet and tidy. To share large house with me and my 7yr old who is here on alternating weeks (can be a bit noisy when he’s here so need to be a person who likes kids)
We have two cats and a huge sunny backyard and deck.
