Excellent location bungalow situated in great location in Mt Albert. Located on Baldwin Ave, 3 houses away from Train Station!! Great for Students. A short distance to Westfield St Luke’s & handy to Unitec. House is large and spread out so you will have plenty of privacy with a bathroom connected.
We currently a couple with one other living in the house, we are clean and tidy and are looking for one more to take the room that has just become available

1 min walk to train station – short commute to city
5 mins walk to Westfield mall, Briscoes and nearby shops.
4 mins drive to Mt Albert Aquatic Centre
8 mins drive to Western Spring park
12 mins drive to the city
Room is $280 per week
Plus $40 per week each for water, power internet, cleaner, gardener and Sky.
2 weeks bond and one week rent are required in advance.
Furniture in the photo for the bedroom is from the previous tenant and will be different. (Room in unfurnished however we are able to furnish on request)
