Husband and I WILL be away early May to mid June 2026. The cost will become $250 rent + $30 utilities. You will have to get your own food. Also, join in with housework.
Son Bryce should be 'working from home'.
Our lovely Chinese lady is intending to stay with us in 2026 and do a diploma in music education. She would prefer to speak English should we have a Chinese student join us.

Apart from the ensuite for the master bedroom, there's one bathroom upstairs, and one downstairs. All bathrooms have recently been renovated.
If you are in the downstairs bedroom you would be sharing with our son.
The kitchen is quite large. Room to store your snacks. Bring friends for a cup of tea or coffee.
There's enough room to have friends around without disturbing everyone else. A great atmosphere.
