This home comes fully inclusive with internet, electricity, and water, so no need to worry about extra bills. You’ll enjoy a very spacious kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking and sharing meals, as well as a large outdoor living space to relax, unwind, or catch some sun.

The house is just an 8-minute walk to the bus stop, with a direct bus that takes you straight into the Auckland CBD. It’s also very close to Auckland University, AUT, shops, and the beach, making it one of the most convenient locations you’ll find.

You’ll be sharing our clean and tidy bathroom and shower with my 2 others and we always keep the shared spaces well-looked after.
