Rent: $300 per week per person paid in advance or 350 for 2 person
Bond: $900 bond is required to secure your booking and will be given back to you when you check out.
Includes: Room, bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, power, water, broadband (+ $180 to include breakfast and dinner).
Existing Flatmate: 1 professional female and 1-2 home-stays.

The street is Close to all supermarket cafe bus, convenient stores, takeaway shops and bus stops going to the city. Our sought after location is ideal for students those whose school is located in Auckland's best primary school or international language school in city center and prefers living in a safe, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, away from the noise pollution, the small living space and safety concerns of living in the city.
